COLLABORATION
Being a good team player is a very useful skill to have in the industry as most times one will be working as part of a group. Understanding a group dynamic and being able to work well together as a cohesive unit leads to positive outcomes for the tasks of the team. Throughout the MLPD program, every course has the element of collaborative work with multiple assignments being constructed as part of a team. I have gained a great amount of knowledge when it comes to understanding one's strengths and weaknesses, delegation of tasks, time management, and leadership throughout the program. I believe I have been part of some really great teams and have been able to produce excellent examples of work by allowing for open expression of ideas and individual input. Some examples of team-oriented projects are attached below.
